We offer a range of options for coaching services:
1, 3, or 6 month coaching contracts available. All contracts include the following:
- 1 hour personal coaching session a week
- Periodic Email suppport as needed between coaching sessions
- Access to coaching worksheets, articles, and more
- Designed for students / youth who want to achieve success in personal development, who want support in achieving their goals and who want to work on specific areas of their life
Fees for Personal Life Coaching:
$160 AUD per month

Small Group Life Coaching and Workshops:
We offer small group coaching (tele-class or in person) and workshops for youth at a discounted price on a variety of topics such as:
- Self-Development
- Goal-Setting
- Self-Esteem
- Special Girl VIBE: Secrets to Self-Esteem" group life coaching program for girls aged 9 - 14 years
Fees for Small Group Life Coaching (tele-class or face-to-face):
2-4 people: $120 AUD per person, per month ($30 per person, per hour)
6-8 people: $80 AUD per person, per month ($20 per person, per hour)

Girl VIBE: Coaching for Girls:
Element Coaching specialises in self-esteem life coaching for girls aged 12 - 20 years via our program Girl VIBE. Coaching is available in small groups or one-on-one. For more information, visit our Girl VIBE site at www.girlvibe.com.au or contact us.
All our services come with these additional benefits:
- All of our services include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied after the first month of coaching, we will refund all of your money.
- Coaching sessions may be carried out by telephone, Skype online, or face-to-face (at our office in the Adelaide CBD)

Fees:
- Fees are paid in monthly installments, by Paypal (Paypal or Credit Card) or cheque.
- Fees are to be paid at the beginning of each month
- Element Coaching must be notified of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise the session will be charged
