     What we do:

Element Coaching is a leading-edge personal life skills coaching company dedicated to working with youth aged between 12 – 20 years of age to improve their personal development, develop their self-esteem, achieve their goals and learn communication skills and personal life skills.

Element Coaching also specializes in working with girls aged 12 - 20 with self-development and self-esteem coaching, via Girl VIBE, our life coaching and workshop program for girls .

Our aim is to help youth realize and reach their potential, and develop enhanced personal life skills in order to bring out the best in themselves and achieve their goals.

We provide youth to youth coaching because we value the importance of being able to talk to and be supported by someone closer to your own age.

Our coaching services can be accessed from wherever you are in the world via tele-coaching and online coaching.

Element Coaching is based in Adelaide, Australia.

     Who we are:

Element Coaching’s main coach is Marryam Lum, a qualified life coach. Marryam has successfully completed a Cert IV Life Coaching from the Life Coaching Institute of Australia, and a Diploma of Professional Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. Marryam completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Gender Studies in 2005.

Marryam has achieved and experienced much through her various studies, overseas travel and extensive work with a wide range of youth; this is largely due to her firm belief that age is no barrier. Marryam has been involved in youth leadership and activities for the past 8 years, and along with helping to organize various community events, has been coordinator of several major youth camps, and on the organizing committee of six youth camps. She enjoys working with young people to help and support them while they develop their personal life skills.

Element Coaching prides itself on its professional ethics. Each client is provided with a Code of Conduct and Coaching Agreement. Our coaches are accredited life coaches from the Life Coaching Institute of Australia. A copy of a staff member’s qualifications and professional membership can be obtained on request. Should you feel that your rights have been infringed, you may contact the International Coaching Federation to seek advice.
